Refund policy

Because our treats are freshly baked and made to order, all sales are final once your order is placed. This means we’re not able to accept returns or issue refunds after checkout.

That said, we want you to be delighted with every bite. If, in the unlikely event, something isn’t up to our usual standards, please let us know right away. We’ll happily replace the item to make things right.
